Meet your Teacher

Esther is an accredited child nutrition coach, certified from ‘Better Health Academy’, helping families nourish their kids.

Nutritious food helps your child establish a foundation for healthy eating habits that they can apply throughout their lives. The earlier your child understands about clean eating habits, the more excited he or she will be about eating healthy.

Esther teaches parents about the nutritional needs from 6 months onwards and how to introduce these to your little one (introducing solids). Next to that she teaches families how to create balanced meals to be enjoyed by the whole family together with some recipes that are quick, easy and nutritious (Family meals).

As a busy mom of 2 young children Esther is a big fan of meal prepping to save you time. Throughout her workshop she will share tips on how to stay relaxed at dinner time, how to manage time in the kitchen and how to deal with fussy eaters.

Esther is also certified as a pre-natal yoga teacher, masseuse and women’s coach. She has a passion for food and everything that revolves around labor and the transition into parenthood.
