Group Therapy for Mums
A four week group, facilitated by Dr. Naomi (English speaking Clinical Psychologist), Group Therapy offers mothers a chance to talk about birth, changes in life, and the emotional challenges of having a baby. Sessions emphasise ways to foster self compassion and build skills to manage emotions.
Planning to breastfeed This small group setting will provide you & your partner with all the hands on information you need to start your breastfeeding journey. Topics include how to know when the baby has had enough, avoiding pain &positioning the baby!
Spend your morning learning and practicing baby massage. During this three week group, you will learn to calm your babies nervous system, create a sense of safety through touch, reduce cramps and get them used to their bodies all while building a connection between parent and child.
For parents and parents to be who want to set up great sleep habits from the start! During these sessions, Sleep coach Joanne Lozman, will teach you the key elements needed for your child to sleep well. Including tools that you can take home and implement right away.

Looking to develop your babies motor skills? During this three class series, you will help your baby build a good foundation for their motor development, while having fun!
Breastfeeding Support Group
Facilitated by International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Cami Jensen, this group is the perfect opportunity ask any questions in a safe and open environment.
Thinking of introducing solids to your baby? This workshop covers when to start, which foods to offer (and avoid), gagging vs. choking, allergies, and picky eating. Led by a child nutrition coach, you'll leave with the confidence to nourish your little one.
First aid for babies & toddlers
In this class you will gain the knowledge and confidence to support a baby when they injure themselves or are unwell with UK Paediatrician Camilla. Topics include, medical emergencies, allergic reactions, childhood diseases, skin injuries & poisoning.
Choking infant & child life support
Through hands on practice, learn how to manage choking and recognise when and how to perform basic life support with UK Paediatrician Dr.Camilla.
