Prepped to Parent

Your pregnancy classes for parenthood in The Hague

In this four session program for pregnant couples, Prepped to Parent takes you through all the realities that you will encounter after birth.

Prepped to Parent in The Hague includes

Four, 2h in-person sessions, filled with practical and interactive activities. Each session focuses on a different topic using hands-on & interactive tools taught by our experienced local experts​

  • Baby Medical Basics

  • Mental Health From Pregnancy to Parenthood​

  • Preparing for Postpartu

One group social event organised for the crew (usually everyone goes for lunch) in The Hague

Each session is focused
on a key area of early parenthood

Prepped to Parent is no ordinary new parent course! It teaches even more skills that those covered in standard postnatal classes, baby education classes and new parenthood courses. 

In short, these sessions are parenting classes with a difference which will equip you with the skills to look after your new baby with confidence together!
