About the Event
The group will be facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist and led using evidence based techniques, with a focus on Compassion Focused Therapy. Each weekly session will centre around a theme including: identity in motherhood, stress and anxiety, rest and nurture, and parenting in a different way to what we knew. Navigating the way through motherhood can be hard: it is my hope that this therapy group offers support, expert advice and some actionable ideas to aid in this journey.
The group will run, with the same group members (maximum 6 people), for 6 consecutive weeks. From 10:30-12:00 Begining on Friday 8th April - Friday 20th May (break for bank holiday 15th April).
€330 for the six weeks.
