About the Event
Shantala baby massage is a technique to use to connect with your baby. A massage to cover the whole body of your baby, to calm the baby, to have less cramps, to let them get used to their bodies and to better the connection between parent and child. To give them confidence in the rest of their lives. Nevertheless, also a very nice and calming activity to do with your little one.
In these three sessions you will learn the basic techniques for the Shantala baby massage. After the first session you will have two weeks to practice and with the second one there is of course time to ask questions and to learn the rest of the techniques. The baby's need to become accustomed to the massage. There will be oil to use and you will receive a hand-out with the various techniques.
What to bring: a blanket to cover the yoga mat and to keep your little one warm, milk for your little one, wear comfortable clothes to sit on a yoga mat.
