About the Event
What to expect: Think of this as a casual hangout with friends, only everyone’s sporting a baby bump (of different sizes)! Whether you’ve got burning questions about pregnancy, want to talk about birth prep, navigate postpartum, or just need a space to relax and share your experiences (yes, swollen ankles are totally on the agenda), we’ve got you covered.
Who will be there: Syllona Kanu is a trauma-informed birth and postpartum doula, living in Haarlem and offering support to (new) parents in Haarlem, Amsterdam and nearby. As a self-proclaimed birth-nerd, she is always down for a chit-chat about preparing for labour, partner support or postpartum recovery. Syllona is passionate about supporting expectant mothers to feel informed, confident and held as they prepare for birth and navigate the transition into parenthood and is very excited to meet you.
