About the Event

Tackle what many couples wish they had known throughout these 5 two-hour sessions.

Each session focuses on a different topic, using hands-on & interactive tools taught by our experienced local experts.
Sessions include Baby Medical Basics, Breastfeeding foundations, Preparing for Postpartum, Becoming Parents Together &
You will have access to a WhatsApp group to stay connected during and after the program.
Passes to four Mama Hangs at The Labour Dept.
Pass to one Dad Hang at The Labour Dept.

Afterward, you will end up with excellent friends with whom you can talk about all things baby related. Sweet deal, right?

Baby Massage

Baby massage to connect with your baby! Spend your morning learning and practicing baby massage to calm your babies nervous system, create a sense of safety through touch, reduce cramps and get them used to their bodies all while building a connection between parent and child. For babies 6 weeks too before crawling.

Breastfeeding Foundations

Planning to breastfeed?
This small group setting will provide you & your partner with all the hands on information you need to start your breastfeeding journey. Topics include how to know when the baby has had enough, avoiding pain &positioning the baby!

Choking & basic infant/child life support

Learn life saving skills for the infants and children. Learn how to manage choking and recognise when and how to perform basic life support with UK Paediatrician Dr.Camilla.

Dad hang

Join us for a beer and chat on rotating themes of parenthood. This is a time for fathers and non-birthing partners to hang, chat, and learn.

First aid for babies & toddlers

In this class you will gain the knowledge and confidence to support a baby when they injure themselves or are unwell with UK Paediatrician Camilla. Topics include, medical emergencies, allergic reactions, childhood diseases, skin injuries & poisoning.

Mama Hang

Join us for our weekly Mama Hang. A casual drop-in where mamas and mamas to be, share tips and experiences, and ask questions in an open and non-judgemental environment. And of course there will be coffee (or tea). If you're looking to meet mamas and get out of the house, this is the place to be!

Move met je Baby

Develop your babies motor skills in a fun and interactive environment that includes yoga, dancing and singing for you and your baby. During this three class series, you will help your baby build a good foundation for their motor development, while having fun!

Prepped to Parent

Pregnant? Wondering what happens after the baby is born? We’ve crowd-sourced the essentials of early parenthood into 4 two-hour sessions.

Postpartum Wellbeing Group

During this 6 week program, a small group of mamas will come together with Olympe WellBeing Coach to find a new balance between mental, emotional and physical health. Starting with the foundations of breath work to feeling strong in your body. Come solo or with your baby!

Sleep Support

For parents and parents to be who want to set up great sleep habits from the start! During this session, Sleep coach Joanne Lozman, will teach you the key elements needed for your child to sleep well. Including tools that you can take home and implement right away.

Roadmap to having a baby in The Netherlands

Considering or on your way to having a baby in The Netherlands? From home birth to postpartum Mary Poppins (kraamzorg!), midwifery care, birth hotels, and how many days you have to choose a name for your baby.....this session has you covered with everything you need to know!
