PREPARING FOR POSTPARTUM

During our pregnancies, we focus so much on birth- but what happens next? During this workshop will learn about the best ways to prepare for the postpartum period.  We'll cover the essentials to have as well as food and community and what role your birth partner can play during this magical recovery and *getting to know each other* time.  Harriet Thompson is a professional trained Doula and works with clients in the Amsterdam area to prepare for birth and beyond.
