About the Event

During the third trimester, your nutritional needs change. Not only are you transferring more nutrients

to your baby, but you’re also building the major part of its brain. This is also the time to prepare your body for its amazing achievement during birth. Eating the right foods will give you more energy, make contractions more efficient, reduce the risk of tearing, and help you manage pain.

It’s also a great time to plan for postpartum recovery by planning and prepping meals, and by strengthening your body and mind with nourishing food. Join us and gain the knowledge you need to rock your last trimester, birth and postpartum.

Who is this class for?

Pregnant women in their second or third trimester who want to enhance their baby’s health and

intelligence while also preparing their body for birth and postpartum.

About your teacher: 

Amélie is a certified nutrition coach, helping pregnant and postpartum women feel healthy and energized throughout and after pregnancy, while growing a strong and healthy child. She studied holistic nutrition at Bauman College (US) and has a certificate in prenatal nutrition from the University of Munich. She’s Belgian, lives in Amstelveen with her husband and 3 children, and works in English, French, and Dutch.
