Peri menopause meet-up

The world of menopause is rarely shared, discussed or supported. In fragmented communities, we too often find ourselves facing these daunting life stages alone. This session will support women of all ages and stages to eliminate any fear/ fog around the topic of aging and menopause. 

This event is suitable for women (of any life stage) who are interested in learning about menopause. Let's reclaim the ceasing of the blood, together!

In this session we will:

• Understand more deeply what menopause / perimenopause really mean.
• Discover the life cycles of women, and how menopause is just one of the 4 parts of a woman's life cycles.
• Relate the outer seasons to a woman's inner seasons. 
• Unpack our thoughts and beliefs system regarding this time of life, and what we can do to empower ourselves.
• Approach this inevitable phase of life with more ease.

About the teacher:

Oda Meiberg has embarked on a transformative journey from Israel to the Netherlands. She is a respected practitioner in the Netherlands with a rich background in holistic healing modalities; known for her commitment to personal and professional growth. Her focus on pregnancy and childbirth led to extensive workshops with renowned midwives and doula training. 

She moved to the Netherlands in 2001, where she explored various holistic career paths, becoming a certified Watsu therapist and head therapist at Amsterdam's first Watsu pool, complementing her skills with Reflexology training. She later became a certified Shiatsu therapist and honed her communication skills through courses in Focusing and Non-Violent Communication.
