What does this package include?

This includes four classes for you and your birth partner: 

1. First Aid for Babies and Toddlers: In this class you will gain the knowledge and confidence to support a baby when they injure themselves or are unwell with UK Paediatrician Camilla. Topics include, medical emergencies, allergic reactions, childhood diseases, skin injuries & poisoning.
2. Your Roadmap to Having a Baby in The Netherlands: Considering or on your way to having a baby in The Netherlands? From home birth to postpartum Mary Poppins (kraamzorg!), midwifery care, birth hotels, and how many days you have to choose a name for your baby.....this session has you covered with everything you need to know!
3. Introduction to Newborn Sleep: For expectant parents and those with babies up to 3 months old, who want to set up great sleep habits from the start! During this session, Sleep coach Joanne Lozman, will explain the importance of sleep and provide you with the tools you need to establish good sleep habits from the start of life.
4. Breastfeeding Foundations: Planning to breastfeed? This small group setting will provide you & your partner with all the hands on information you need to start your breastfeeding journey. Topics include how to know when the baby has had enough, avoiding pain &positioning the baby!

This package is  €420.26 or €210.13 per person
