this group session, Marieke (Lactation Counselor) will hear your breastfeeding challenges & answer questions. This is a great space for questions like how to solve light discomfort, organise pumping or start weaning. Perfect for those who don't need 1:1 support but want to connect with a pro.

Introduction to Newborn Sleep

For those with babies up to 3 months old, who want to set up great sleep habits from the start! During this session, Sleep coach Joanne Lozman, will explain the importance of sleep and provide you with the tools you need to establish good sleep habits from the start of life.

Babywearing Consultation

Learn how to have two free hands and a happy baby, comfortably! In this workshop, you'll join up to two other families to and leave with the knowledge and know how too comfortably and ergonomically carry your baby in the carrier of your choice.

MAMA CAFE A casual drop-in where mamas can feed their babies, share tips and experiences, and ask questions in an open, safe and non-judgemental environment. And of course there will be coffee (or tea).

DAD HANG Led by a different guest Dad each month. Join us for a beer and chat on rotating themes of parenthood. This is a time for fathers and non-birthing partners to hang, chat, and learn. Ticket includes a beer or coffee and light snacks. Space limited.
