About the Event
Yogabeertjes was founded by two sisters: Robyn & Chelsea. Chelsea herself has noticed how much positive effects yoga and mindfulness can have on your body and mind. It taught her how to stay close to herself and her own feelings. Chelsea also wants to pass this on to her daughter. She therefore introduces her to children's yoga and mindfulness in a playful way on a daily basis. But how nice would it be to introduce it to all children in the Netherlands in this way? That's right, very nice! And so the idea for Yogabeertjes was born. Robyn & Chelsea want to teach children the balance between effort and relaxation at a young age with Yogabeertjes. Consciously learning to relax, breathe and feel is of great importance in this time with the amount of stimuli that you have to process per day. Children's yoga in combination with mindfulness exercises offers many opportunities for this. How nice is it if you learn this at a young age.
