If you're looking to meet mamas (and mamas to be) and get out of the house, this is the place to be! Join us fo casual drop-in, share tips and experiences, and ask questions in an open and non-judgemental environment. And of course there will be coffee (or tea).

Mama Hangs are hosted by The Labour Dept. team or one of our amazing community members. We occasionally have local experts like doulas, therapists or postpartum workers hosting :-)
