A casual drop-in where mamas and mamas to be, share tips and experiences, and ask questions in an open and non-judgemental environment. And of course there will be coffee (or tea). If you're looking to meet mamas and get out of the house, this is the place to be!

About your host
As a postpartum support specialist based in Amsterdam, Heather advocates, mentors, and coaches new and expat moms and families. In January 2023, she launched her own postpartum support and coaching business. With a background in postpartum nursing and professional coaching, she draws on over 20 years of experience as a Community Health Nurse in Canada. Her expertise includes health promotion, prenatal and postnatal support, breastfeeding assistance, parenting guidance, and child health clinics. Additionally, she offers transitional coaching services to individuals navigating significant life changes such as marriage, career shifts, and parenthood.
