Mama Hang
Join us for our weekly Mama Hang. A casual drop-in where mamas and mamas to be, share tips and experiences, and ask questions in an open and non-judgemental environment. And of course there will be coffee (or tea). If you're looking to meet mamas and get out of the house, this is the place to be!

Who is this for?
Pregnant people and mamas of minis any age.
What does this session offer?
- A small group setting in a warm and inviting environment
- An opportunity to meet other pregnant people and mamas
- A little play area for babies
- Comfortable seating and breastfeeding cushions
- A chance to get out of the house ;-)
- Delicious coffee and tea
What to bring?
Yourself, your belly and your baby. If you're coming with your mini try to avoid bringing a stroller / pram (parking is outside).

Mama Hangs are hosted by The Labour Dept. team or one of our amazing community members. We occasionally have local experts like doulas, therapists or postpartum workers hosting :-)
