Possibly one of the most important, yet least talked about postpartum topics, is how the connection to our partners change during the transition to parenthood. Join us to understand what your sex life may or may not look like during your first months as parents, get tips on how to stay connected even when sex takes a backseat, and tips for resuming sex whenever you are ready. We will also discuss the importance of bringing your partner into this process with you.

This workshop will be hosted by Zyanya Kortooms-Breuer who is not only an expert on all things postpartum intimacy but also highly knowledgeable on baby-wearing and connecting with your little one.
