Breastfeeding Foundations

Planning to breastfeed?
This small group setting will provide you & your partner with all the hands on information you need to start your breastfeeding journey. Topics include how to know when the baby has had enough, avoiding pain &positioning the baby!

Intro to Newborn Sleep

For expectant parents and those with babies up to 3 months old, who want to set up great sleep habits from the start! During this session, Sleep coach Joanne Lozman, will explain the importance of sleep and provide you with the tools you need to establish good sleep habits from the start of life.

Sleep foundations

Night wakings? Nap transitions? Sleep can be a lot to navigate for minis from 4-18 months. During this workshop with certified sleep consultant Joanne, you will learn the key elements needed for your child to sleep well. Including tools that you can take home and implement right away.

First aid for babies & toddlers

In this class you will gain the knowledge and confidence to support a baby when they injure themselves or are unwell with UK Paediatrician Camilla. Topics include, medical emergencies, allergic reactions, childhood diseases, skin injuries & poisoning.

Choking & basic infant/child life support

Learn life saving skills for the infants and children. Learn how to manage choking and recognise when and how to perform basic life support with UK Paediatrician Dr.Camilla.

Dad hang

Join us for a beer and chat on rotating themes of parenthood. This is a time for fathers and non-birthing partners to hang, chat, and learn.

Mama Hang

Join us for our weekly Mama Hang. A casual drop-in where mamas and mamas to be, share tips and experiences, and ask questions in an open and non-judgemental environment. And of course there will be coffee (or tea). If you're looking to meet mamas and get out of the house, this is the place to be!

Move met je Baby

Develop your babies motor skills in a fun and interactive environment that includes yoga, dancing and singing for you and your baby. During this three class series, you will help your baby build a good foundation for their motor development, while having fun!
