Your perineum will play a big role while giving birth: time to start some training. A frequent massage will help you to get more elasticity and a better blood circulation of your perineum. Midwifes recommend starting perineum massages beginning from week 34 in your pregnancy. A session of 5 minutes once or twice a week is great, if you feel good about it: do it even more often.
