Intro to newborn sleep
For expectant parents and those with babies up to 3 months old, who want to set up great sleep habits from the start! During this session, Sleep coach Joanne Lozman provide you with the tools you need to establish good sleep habits from the start of life.
Paws & pacifiers
Just as parents-to-be prepare themselves for a new life with a baby, an animal companion living in the home should also be prepared for the baby’s arrival.
First aid & injury prevention for babies and toddlers
In this class you will gain the knowledge and confidence to support a baby when they injure themselves or are unwell with UK Paediatrician Camilla. Topics include, medical emergencies, allergic reactions, childhood diseases, skin injuries & poisoning.
Group therapy for Mums
A four week group, facilitated by Dr. Naomi (English speaking Clinical Psychologist), Group Therapy offers mothers a chance to talk about birth, changes in life, and the emotional challenges of having a baby. Sessions emphasise ways to foster self compassion and build skills to manage emotions.
Sleep Foundations (4-18 months)
Night wakings? Nap transitions? Sleep can be a lot to navigate for minis from 4-18 months. During this workshop, you will learn the key elements needed for your child to sleep well. Including tools that you can take home and implement right away with plenty of time for questions.
Starting solids
Thinking of introducing solids to your baby? This workshop covers when to start, which foods to offer (and avoid), gagging vs. choking, allergies, and picky eating. Led by a child nutrition coach, you'll leave with the confidence to nourish your little one.
In this four session program for pregnant couples, Prepped to Parent takes you through all the realities that you will encounter after birth.
