A casual drop-in where mamas and mamas to be, share tips and experiences, and ask questions in an open and non-judgemental environment. And of course there will be coffee (or tea). If you're looking to meet mamas and get out of the house, this is the place to be!

What to bring?
Yourself, your belly and your baby. If you're coming with your mini try to avoid bringing a stroller / pram (parking is outside).Â
About your host
Océane Barthere is a dedicated and experienced psychologist based in The Hague, Netherlands, with a Master's degree in Psychology. Specializing in systemic and integrative approaches, along with a training in schema therapy, Océane provides tailored support for individuals, couples, parents, and teenagers.Océane can support you with anxiety and stress management, depression and mood disorders, parental burnout, and mental health for pregnancy and postpartum.
