A four week group, facilitated by Dr. Naomi (English speaking Clinical Psychologist), Group Therapy offers mothers a chance to talk about birth, changes in life, and the emotional challenges of having a baby. Sessions emphasise ways to foster self compassion and build skills to manage emotions.

For parents and parents to be who want to set up great sleep habits from the start! During these sessions, Sleep coach Joanne Lozman, will teach you the key elements needed for your child to sleep well. Including tools that you can take home and implement right away.
